Message from Our Founders and CEOs
Khema International Polyclinic was founded with a clear mission of striving for clinical excellence and positive patient experience. Since the opening of two polyclinics & maternity ward in 2014 and 2016, we successfully achieved our primary goal. Khema implemented medical best practices by incorporating a touch of hospitality to deliver a unique patient experience across our branches. Today, we are proud of the positive culture and market reputation we’ve built in such a short time.
The Khema brand is synonymous with quality, becoming healthcare network of choice in Cambodia. Our brand attracted international collaborations and we are health-innovation ready. We have partnership agreements with medical facilities across the globe including Taiwan, China, Singapore, with more coming soon.
Our vision is to be the first choice health network in Cambodia. Our five point growth strategy to fulfil this follows:
Strengthen key service lines and specialties at Khema International Polyclinic in Toul Kork and Boeung Keng Kang facilities to increase client loyalty
Expand services in Phnom Penh Municipality. Khema Global will be opening two more clinics and adding 125 more beds between 2020 and 2024.
Strengthen our referral networks.
Extend medical care to sub-acute, chronic care to elderly person through our mobile team and home care services
Establish a stronger link between Khema hospital and education/training and research in collaboration with other hospitals and universities in the region

Khema is dedicated to patient education, we want to better your health while decreasing your costs.
We are working towards our next ambitious phase, including adding 300 more beds by 2023.
To achieve our plan, Khema Global has incorporated world class expertise, from medical professionals to managerial experts. At Khema Global, we want to set the standards for excellence and positive change in the private healthcare sector. Partnering with international key stakeholder groups is key to this evolution. Through active engagement with our medical staff, insurance companies, suppliers and applying international standard operating procedures, we aim to implement best practice models of care.

How does Khema Global serve Cambodian communities?
At Khema Polyclinic, we not only believe in humanitarian values but in the basic responsibility to serve the community as a whole.
Our founders and CEO (Doctors Som and Oum) are proud to support the wider community. That’s why Khema Global has partnered with NGOs and nonprofit organizations such as AIRAVATA, to provide under-served and minorities in Rattanakiri with free healthcare services.
Khema medical teams are sent on regular missions to community events and health fairs, for the purpose of fundraising, in alignment with Khema Global’s philosophy, mission and vision.
